How long does an iPhone repair take?

• Most iPhone repairs are finished while you wait. Screen replacements and battery swaps usually take 30–60 minutes.
• Back-glass replacement on iPhone 8 and later takes a little longer (typically 1–2 hours) because the rear glass is fused to the chassis with adhesive.
• Logic-board and water-damage repairs are diagnosed on the day but may need to stay overnight depending on the issue.

Do you replace iPhone batteries?

• The back glass on iPhone 14, 15 and 16 models is bonded directly to the frame, so we strip and re-bond it with industrial adhesive — the finish looks factory-fresh.
• Back-glass jobs are typically £45–£75 depending on model, completed in 1–2 hours.

Do you fix water-damaged iPhones?

• Yes, and the sooner you bring it in, the better. Corrosion starts within hours of liquid contact and the chances of a full recovery drop quickly after 48 hours.
• Don’t try to charge a wet iPhone or dry it with rice — both make things worse. Power the device off and bring it to us.
• We diagnose the damage for free, clean the logic board ultrasonically, replace any corroded components, and give you an honest assessment of what’s recoverable before you commit to a repair.

Will my data be safe during the repair?

• For standard repairs (screen, battery, back glass, charging port, cameras, speakers) your data stays exactly where it is — we don’t need to wipe or access it.
• For logic-board or water-damage repairs we may need to test functions that use your data; we’ll always ask for your PIN only with your permission and never copy files off the device.
• We still recommend backing up to iCloud or your Mac before any repair, just as Apple does.

Do you offer a warranty on iPhone repairs?
