Very good communication beforehand through WhatsApp - I was informed about the cost and time to do the repair, about the parking available, parts availability and everything else I needed to know. On the day the repair was executed in record time - 30 minutes after dropping my phone off I had the back glass replaced. All is fine, the phone looks like new, highly recommended. Be careful when entering the shop, there’s a slight slope inside that is slippery - I would recommend the shop to cover it with some grip tape.
