Common iPhone 14 Pro problems we fix

• Ghost-touches across the bottom of the screen. Almost always a damaged digitiser, even when the glass looks fine. A panel swap clears it.

HD or OLED screen — which one should I pick?

The OLED is the right choice if you regularly use the Always-On Display, watch a lot of video, or use the phone outdoors in bright sunlight (2,000-nit peak brightness). The HD panel is excellent and indistinguishable in normal indoor use — £50 saved.

Will I lose Face ID?

No. We transfer the original Face ID flex, dot projector, flood illuminator and ambient sensor to the new screen so Face ID works exactly as before.

How long does an iPhone 14 Pro repair take?
